- Tom Antrobus - Group Technical Director
- Tom has 30 years experience in building related services. He has been the driving force in setting up Wessex Property Services and his key skills are: Providing a “value for money” service to our customers, ensuring high quality and cost effectiveness. Monitoring and motivating staff and setting structures in place to ensure WPS get the best results, his track record is in “getting things done” cost effectively and to high standards and levels of customer satisfaction. His skills in negotiating with staff and unions have assisted in developing the service. He is responsible for all areas of operation and administration, and in promoting the service to outside persons, bodies and agencies.

- David Leland - Deputy Director
- David deputises for the Director at Wessex Property Services for all areas of operation and has specific responsibility for growth and change management within the company. At the same time he will ensure that the current high levels of service and customer satisfaction are maintained and improved where possible. Trained as a quantity surveyor David has 25 years experience in the service sector of the construction industry. For some years he managed his own business, but also has experience of running multi-profit centre businesses within the private sector.

- Helen Perfect - Business and Administration Manager
- Helen oversees the general management of WPS and ensures that operational managers and support staff effectively manage their parts of the Business She also manages a team of clerical assistants and customer advisors, part and full time, and runs the busy office. In addition she ensures that all costs are accounted for and correctly charged to the relevant service, enabling service managers to accurately recharge their costs and control and manage budgets effectively.

- Michael Barber - Head Of Maintenance Services
- Responsible for the leadership and performance of the Maintenance Service; the development of its role and its day-to-day operations across the group. To develop housing maintenance services and associated strategies in response to the needs of disadvantaged individuals and communities and the changing environment. Michael has been in the construction related industry for 23 years. He has also worked in the social housing sector both council's and housing associations for the last 10 years and believes customer service and training is paramount in the service industry

- Tony Eastman - Head of Wessex Construction
- Tony is responsible for overseeing all external contract works and internal Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishments. Tony has over 20 years of experience within the Building Industry having started out as Surveyor/Estimator and progressed through college to gain his building qualifications.

- Jeremy Duckworth - Head of Mechanical & Electrical Services
- Jerry manages WPS’ Mechanical and Electrical area of the business at Eastleigh, Aldershot and Portsmouth. This includes gas boiler servicing, heating installation, electrical testing, rewiring, lifts, communal lighting, fire alarms and legionella control. High levels of customer satisfaction are maintained by a combination of directly employed labour and specialist contractors. Jerry has over 20 years experience in building services, a large amount of that time spent as a Mechanical & Electrical contractor in both public and private sectors.

- Martin Brooker - Head of Asset and Planned Maintenance
- Martin is responsible for managing and maintaining the Asset Management Strategy for the Group, including development and delivery of the planned, cyclical and major works programmes for the next 30 years.
